EDITORIAL POLICY, SOURCING & CORRECTIONS
How our Michigan apprenticeship reporting and informational guides are researched and updated.
ApprenticeshipJobFair.org publishes information for Michigan job seekers, employers and apprenticeship program partners. Its editorial content is provided by the Hired In Michigan Community Empowerment team.
Accuracy and sourcing
Reported news items identify source organizations and link to public documents or official announcements. Headlines should reflect verifiable underlying facts. We do not represent state government communications as our own first-hand announcements or imply that past grants or program agreements guarantee current hiring.
What counts as news
News pages describe dated developments and link to the original source. FAQ guides and explainers answer recurring questions and are maintained separately. Publishing dates refer to when a page was first made public on this website; source announcement dates are identified within stories.
Corrections and transparency
We correct substantive factual errors when identified and update articles with a clear correction or update notice when needed. Employer-sponsored promotions and paid placements should be labeled clearly if published. Listings, registration conditions, wages and hiring needs should be verified with the employer or program sponsor.
